okpeso Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless context requires otherwise:

• "okpeso," "we," "us," "our" refers to the okpeso online gaming platform, its operators, and associated entities licensed by PAGCOR to conduct online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the website accessible at okpeso.cam, including all games, services, features, and content available thereon.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any registered individual accessing the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal okpeso member account opened by a Player upon successful registration and verification.
• "Wallet" refers to the PHP-denominated balance held in a Player's Account reflecting deposits, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game or event available through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required for account activation and withdrawal processing.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that licenses and oversees okpeso's operations.
• "PHP" means Philippine Peso, the sole currency used on the Platform for all financial transactions.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 — By registering an Account, depositing funds, accessing any game, or otherwise using any feature of the okpeso Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full, including all additional rules, policies, and guidelines incorporated by reference.

2.2 — These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and okpeso in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written.

2.3 — okpeso reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via registered email address and a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.4 — These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

3.1 — To be eligible to register and maintain an okpeso Account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be physically located within the Philippines at the time of wagering;
• Not be a PAGCOR-listed self-excluded individual;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law;
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of okpeso or its licensed game providers.

3.2 — You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 — okpeso will conduct KYC verification prior to processing any withdrawal. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine passport, national ID, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or any PAGCOR-recognized government-issued identification. Documents must not be expired and must clearly show your full legal name, photograph, and date of birth.

3.4 — okpeso may, at any time and without prior notice, request additional documentation to confirm your identity, age, source of funds, or payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified period may result in temporary account restriction or permanent suspension.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 — Each individual may register and maintain only one okpeso Account. The operation of multiple accounts — including accounts registered using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, device fingerprints, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

4.2 — You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time SMS codes with any third party. okpeso will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 — You must notify okpeso immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. okpeso may temporarily restrict your Account pending investigation of any reported or suspected security breach.

4.4 — Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or allow any other person to use your okpeso Account under any circumstances.

Account Verification

4.5 — okpeso operates a mandatory KYC verification program. Full account functionality, including withdrawals, is conditional upon satisfactory completion of identity verification. okpeso reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all verification requirements are met.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

5.1 — All financial transactions on the okpeso Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). okpeso does not accept or disburse foreign currencies. Any deposits made in foreign currency will be rejected by the payment processing system.

5.2 — Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits specified at the time of transaction.

5.3 — Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation from the respective payment provider. okpeso is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institution processing times, or network interruptions beyond okpeso's reasonable control.

5.4 — Withdrawal requests are processed only to payment methods registered in the verified name of the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. okpeso will reject any withdrawal request where the receiving account name does not match the verified KYC identity.

5.5 — Minimum withdrawal amounts, processing times, and applicable fees are published in the Platform's Banking section and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

5.6 — okpeso reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

Anti-Money Laundering

5.7 — okpeso complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules. Suspicious transaction reports are filed with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 — Bets may only be placed using real-money funds or eligible bonus funds in your okpeso Wallet. No credit or deferred payment arrangements are available.

6.2 — All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. okpeso does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed wager except where a technical error has caused an incorrect game result, in which case the affected round may be voided at okpeso's discretion.

6.3 — In the event of a manifest technical error — including system malfunctions, incorrect odds display, or corrupted game data — okpeso reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's Wallet. Winnings generated from manifest errors will not be credited or paid out.

6.4 — Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and events on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary by game type, table, or event.

6.5 — All live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, dice, roulette wheels) under controlled studio conditions. RNG-based game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation software. okpeso does not manipulate game outcomes.

7 Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme

7.1 — Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus play.

7.2 — Unless otherwise specified in promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated in the applicable promotion) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The Platform's bonus balance display will reflect the current wagering progress at all times.

7.3 — okpeso reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is cancelled after acceptance, any wagering completed under the cancelled bonus will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7.4 — Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, exploiting game weighting rules, reverse bonus betting strategies, or colluding with other players — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

7.5 — Loyalty programme points and VIP tier benefits are non-transferable, have no cash value unless explicitly stated, and may be adjusted or discontinued at okpeso's discretion with reasonable notice to affected members.

8 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

8.1 — You agree to use the okpeso Platform solely for its intended purpose as a legitimate gaming platform and not for any unlawful, fraudulent, or manipulative purpose.

8.2 — The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okpeso Platform:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical aid to place bets;
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or okpeso employees to influence game outcomes;
• Card counting, pattern recognition systems, or any systematic approach designed to overcome the house edge through mathematical exploitation rather than gameplay;
• Use of VPNs or other geo-spoofing tools to access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction;
• Money laundering or using the Platform to conceal the proceeds of any criminal activity;
• Chargebacks — initiating payment reversals for completed and legitimate transactions.

8.3 — okpeso employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor gameplay patterns, betting behavior, account activity, and device/network fingerprints. Players flagged by these systems may have their accounts temporarily restricted pending investigation without prior notice.

8.4 — Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, okpeso reserves the right to void all affected bets, confiscate any winnings derived from the prohibited conduct, permanently suspend the Account, and refer the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable.

9 Privacy & Data Use

9.1 — okpeso collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the okpeso Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy.

9.2 — By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and, where you have provided opt-in consent, marketing communications.

9.3 — okpeso will share your personal data with PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities as required by law, with licensed third-party game providers for gameplay delivery, and with payment processors for transaction processing. okpeso will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

10 Responsible Gaming

10.1 — okpeso is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a suite of player protection tools accessible from within every Account, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion.

10.2 — Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation and may not be reversed for the minimum period selected. During a self-exclusion period, okpeso will take all reasonable technical steps to prevent Account access and will not send promotional communications to the excluded player.

10.3 — okpeso cooperates fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming registry. Players who self-exclude via okpeso may also register for PAGCOR's national exclusion programme, which restricts access across multiple licensed operators simultaneously.

10.4 — You must not attempt to circumvent self-exclusion by creating a new Account under a different identity. Doing so is a breach of these Terms, Philippine gambling regulations, and may constitute fraud.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 — To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, okpeso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, third-party payment delays, or changes to game offerings.

11.2 — okpeso's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the date on which the claim arose.

11.3 — The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okpeso does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or compatible with all devices and operating systems. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability without compensation obligation.

11.4 — okpeso does not guarantee any particular return, winnings, or outcome from gameplay. All games involve risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

12 Intellectual Property

12.1 — All content on the okpeso Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audio, video, and user interface designs — is the property of okpeso or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law.

12.2 — You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

12.3 — Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of okpeso's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent available under Philippine and international law.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 — okpeso reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is in progress.

13.2 — Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the Wallet will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR's guidelines for disputed funds and may be withheld pending investigation or returned in full if no wrongdoing is established.

13.3 — You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting okpeso support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard processing period.

13.4 — Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, responsible gaming records, and anti-money laundering — shall continue to apply following Account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 — These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 — Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the okpeso Platform shall first be submitted to okpeso's internal dispute resolution team via the support channels listed in Section 16. okpeso undertakes to acknowledge dispute submissions within 5 business days and to provide a substantive response within 20 business days.

14.3 — Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. Players may also pursue legal remedies available under Philippine law in the appropriate courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, to whose exclusive jurisdiction both parties irrevocably submit.

15 Amendments to These Terms

15.1 — okpeso reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting player rights, financial terms, or game rules — notice will be provided via the email address registered to your Account and a conspicuous notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

15.2 — Non-material amendments — such as formatting corrections, clarifications that do not alter existing rights, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may take effect immediately without advance notice.

15.3 — The current version of the Terms & Conditions is always available at okpeso.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
